edubrdge

Following the rebranding of the EduBridge Academy Undergraduate program as the Career Bootcamp, we decided to interview two alums of the previous Undergraduate programs. We caught up with them to find out how much impact it made in their journey.

EA: Let’s meet the first person.

Timothy: Hello, what’s your name and how did you learn about EduBridge Academy? Hi, my name is Olunuga Oluwatoyosi Timothy and my elder sister is an alumni of EduBridge, and she’s the reason why I joined the academy.

EA: Do you mind telling us what you learnt and what level you are now?

Timothy: What did I learn? It’s a lot actually, there are a lot of things that the school (university) won’t teach which happens to be the necessary skills needed in the real world. I thought I knew how to use Microsoft office until I joined EduBridge, that’s when I realized that I knew nothing. I’m a fresh graduate from University of Lagos.

EA: On a scale of 1–5, how impactful was the program? Give a few words with your rating.

Timothy: Scale of 1–5, I’d say 4, after the program, I found myself being confident during presentations, PowerPoint presentations becomes like a walk in the park. The program shaped my life to be what it is today and I’m grateful for it.

EA: Is this a program you would recommend all undergraduates to undergo? Why?

Timothy: Yes, it’s a program that I proudly recommend for people. Because they stand to gain a lot from it that they probably won’t get from anywhere else especially not from school

EA: A few words to undergraduates considering the Career Bootcamp.

Timothy: For those considering the Career Bootcamp , I’ll say congratulations to them for taking a big step in their career, it’s a leap that will take them far in life.
